H2O Auto Spa is the premier auto, boat, and RV detailing company in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.


We set ourselves apart by offering our clients a high level of quality work and a unique customer experience. We do this by building strong teams of highly skilled technicians who can deliver consistently great work.

No experience? No problem. Our training program is specifically designed to bring you up to speed within two weeks. Our managers also offer you a wealth of knowledge to help hone your skills and eventually take on more specialized treatments such as:

 Paint Correction, Ceramic Coatings, and Mold/Flood Remediation


H2O offers access to our SEP IRA retirement plan with 3% matching, and a week’s worth of paid vacation to all employees that stay with us for over a year. For our most valued employees that are with us for 3+ years we offer an additional week of paid vacation and in some cases bonus incentives based on production.


Pay structure is hourly training at $9.15/hour for the first two weeks.

After training all of our technicians are commissioned employees. This structure allows you to make anywhere from $12.00/hr - $20.00+/hr.

Our largest commercial client is Walker Automotive, and we are presently looking to add to our teams here.
